Private Label Products Questions

Private Label products are supplements that we manufacture and bottle and are available for you to add your custom label to and sell under your brand name. As a custom manufacturer, we are able to create large and small batch products with industry fast turn-around times. We are also more products to our website every month for private label.

Most private label supplement orders can be manufactured, prepared and delivered to you in less than 30 days from the day the order was placed. Custom product orders may take longer depending on ingredients and order quantity.

The receipt for your order will be sent to you via email. If you need to follow up on anything, you can always call us.

All orders are checked for quality and accuracy before leaving our facilities. If any order you receive is not 100% accurate, please call or email orders@blbiolabs.com as soon as you notice an error. We will work with you directly to handle the situation and do everything we can to make sure your order is made right.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards and checks.

To reorder, you can submit an order form (like the one signed for your first order) and indicate the exact quantity that you would like to reorder. If you are reordering the same quantity from a prior order and using the same form of payment, we can expedite the order and process it quickly. If you are using a new form of payment or ordering a different amount than previously ordered, we may need to reach out to you and verify information before completing your order.

If you need to return a product, please email us at orders@blbiolab.com. Reference your order number and the items you wish to return. A specialist will provide an address for you to ship your return to and can help arrange shipping.

Private Label Products are shown with generic labels to highlight the benefits and ingredients. You can request to change the ingredients or keep the same.

Custom Formulas

The minimum MOQ can be as low as 1,000 units for custom formulas.

Most custom formulations can be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Depending on your order quantity, the estimated delivery time for custom formulations can take up to 8 weeks.

Daily Values are comprised of two sets of reference values for reporting nutrients in nutrition labels—the Daily Reference Values (DRVs) and the Reference Daily Intakes (RDIs). To limit consumer confusion, the single term “Daily Value” is used to designate both the DRVs and RDIs. The DVs are used to calculate the % Daily Values that consumers see on the Nutrition and Supplement Facts labels. The % Daily Value helps consumers understand how the amount of a nutrient that is present in a serving of a food fits into their total daily diet, and allows them to compare the nutritional value of food products.
1 RDIs are based on dietary reference intake recommendations for infants through 12 months of age. 2 RAE = Retinol Activity Equivalents; 1 microgram RAE=1 microgram retinol, 2 microgram supplemental β-carotene, 12 micrograms β-carotene, or 24 micrograms α-carotene, or 24 micrograms β-cryptoxanthin. 3 The amount of vitamin D may, but is not required to, be expressed in international units (IU), in addition to the mandatory declaration in mcg. Any declaration of the amount of vitamin D in IU must appear in parentheses after the declaration of the amount of vitamin D in mcg. 4 1 mg α-tocopherol (label claim) = 1 mg α-tocopherol = 1 mg RRR-α-tocopherol = 2 mg all rac-α-tocopherol. 5 NE = Niacin equivalents, 1 mg NE = 1 mg niacin = 60 milligrams tryptophan. 6 “Folate” and “Folic Acid” must be used for purposes of declaration in the labeling of conventional foods and dietary supplements.
